职位描述

The E-commerce assistant is responsible for operating JD, VIP & own website. This role requires positive work attitude，detail and result oriented as he/she need to manage TP to do better daily operation in order to achieve our sales target. He/she also need to have strong communication skills and quick reaction due to communicate with finance team, legal team and platform partners.

Key Result Areas:

· Cooperate closely with TP and EC platform partner, monitor the daily operation works on online stores, e.g. JD, VIP, official website

· Provide analysis of key performance indicators like traffic, conversion rate, ATV and return rate on a weekly basis in order to increase brand sales and profit

· Follow up confirmed weekly or monthly promotion offer plan to make it online with respect of time, and tracking data

· Be responsible for reconciliation with finance, including in apply for payment and manage invoices

· Work closely with internal company or team ，e.g. legal team, online marketing, online merchandising

· Undertake other assignments by the leader

Competency Requirements : Behavioral Competencies - (Please refer to VF guiding principles)

· Positive work attitude, detail and result oriented, strong communication skills,

· Logical thinking, a quick learner and a team worker

· Be curious and empathy，perseverance

· Be willing to share to others

· Fluency in Microsoft excel & power point is a must

Experience

At least 1-year working experience in B2C E-commerce company or agency in China (Retail or fashion experience is preferred)
