Goals/Mission

To assist and develop marketing strategy and action plan and drive the growth of HC business. Be responsible for planning, executing & coordinating marketing activities of BU HC

Working Partners/Contacts

Internal contacts include regional sales manager, technical support & overseas product specialist; External contacts include end users, opinion leaders, and distributors

Function & Responsibilities

- Multiply product knowledge and provide product training and knowledge transfer to internal and external partners (act as product champion & provide product marketing input)
- Provide clinical application support towards end users and drive the release of clinical articles and literatures through marketing program
- Organize, support, & coordinate marketing events such as trade shows, congress, workshops, exhibitions, seminars, etc
- Conduct market research & competition analysis, collect market intelligence, develop and propose marketing plan and promotion materials based on product strategy and budget plan, monitor and evaluate the results
- Assist sales prepare tender documents and provide the proposals of sales strategy and product technical data and parameters
- Create and maintain product materials in Chinese and other sales & marketing tools
- Thoroughly understand national customer and market needs as well as competitive landscape including competitive pricing and positioning strategies
- Assist to initiate and fine tune marketing and product strategy & drive growth for HC business


Qualifications

Education
- Bachelor degree or above
- Major in Clinical medicine/Biomedical /Bio Engineering

Experience
- 1-3 years product management ，clinical education or technical support experience in medical device industry.
- Experience in mechanical ventilation or sleep therapy ventilator is a plus
- Working experience in a multinational environment
- Can work successfully under pressure and in a time constrained environment

- Fluent English in both speaking and writing
