The Center Director is responsible for ensuring the health, safety, and quality of education, for all children within the center’s care.
The Center Director is directly accountable for overall operational management in accordance with well-established guidelines, including sales, service, academic, marketing, HR, administration and finance.
The Centre Director reports to Regional Director and/or the Director of Operations.

Responsibilities:
1) Achieve centre sales target assigned by Regional Director/Director of Operations
2) Coaching and mentoring the Academic Manager, Course Consultants, Progress Advisors etc. on performance related matters
3) Increase and maintain high retention rate through providing top quality service to customers
4) Forecast headcounts according to assigned tasks and centre student-recruitment situation
5) Create and implement training plans, both short and long term for staff
6) Create and implement effective marketing plans near the centre to assist sales achievement
7) Be cost conscious
8) Complete projects and tasks assigned by Regional Director/Director of Operations

Job Requirements:
1) Bachelor degree or above, preferably with a business management or education major
2) Five years experience, two of which in management position. Education management preferred
3) Good command in English and Chinese

中心校长需要确保中心所有学生的安全，健康和学习质量以及家长的满意度。
中心校长负责整个中心的运营，包括销售，服务，教务，市场，人事，行政及财务。
中心校长汇报给大区总监和（或）运营总监。

主要职责：
1) 根据公司下达的任务，制定并完成中心月、季度、年销售计划
2) 指导教务长、课程顾问、服务督导开展好教学、销售、跟踪服务等工作
3) 通过对家长提供优质的服务促进、提高并保持续读率
4) 根据中心招生情况和公司下达任务，做出各岗位人员需求预测及申请
5) 制定中心员工短、中、长期在岗培训计划，并负责监督落实执行
6) 树立成本意识，规范使用中心费用，为公司节约成本
7) 依据市场变化，在中心附近配合市场部开展有效市场活动，推动销售工作
8) 按照大区总监或运营总监的指示完成所分派项目及任务

岗位要求：
1) 热爱教育事业，有很好的团队合作和职业素质。具备很强的协调、沟通和抗压能力；
2) 有良好的团队管理，带队能力，培训能力及高效执行力；
3) 具备较强的规划和推进能力，能根据公司的整体战略，制定市场销售规划、策略和行动方案；
4) 有市场开拓意识和市场分析能力。

任职要求：
1) 本科以上学历，专业要求为企业管理或市场营销或英语教育；
2) 五年以上工作经验，三年以上管理工作经验；
3) 有较强的学习能力，具有正确的教育理念，熟悉教学管理、懂英语者优先考虑；
4) 电脑办公软件及网络操作熟练。
5) 仪表端庄、举止得体；口齿清晰、普通话标准。
6) 有同业工作经验者优先考虑。
