Responsibilities:
? Excel at understanding of data of brand or competitors, HCP perception, literature and research update in relevant therapeutic areas;
? Generate insights from above resources, then process, integrate and share with cross-functional team;
? Responsible for exhaustive collection of information regarding existing knowledge gap, scientific data gap and clinical care gap;
? Establish Medical Strategy for pre-launch brand and pipeline products;
? Provide strategic advice and support for coporate business development;
? Set up and carry out Medical Plan based on Medical Strategy;
? Conduct productive engagement with key national stakeholders independantly or with cross-functional teams;
? Design and compose study protocol post launch, manage study budget and phasing, submit protocol for internal review and present at investigator meeting if necessary;
? Set plan for CSR and publication, review study report, carry out medical monitoring during clinical study;
? Design and implement medical activities including advisory board, medical symposium, scientific communication meetings, etc.;
? Ensure brand listing in guidelines and consensus with proper positioning;
? Develop medical education slide decks and other material in related TA;
? Responsible for provision of thoughtful input into review of promotional or educational material that is disseminated to or presented by company to external audiences;
? Design and execute patient education and support projects;
? Work closely with cross functions to achieve business goal;
? Provide brand and TA related support to Marketing/Sales team and other departments.

Professional experience & Key projects example:
? Master degree or above in clinical medicine/Biology/Other related major
? 3 years medical working experience on relevant therapeutic area, in which Hematology/ Solid Tumor background is preferred;
? Experience of clinical trial design and implementation;
? Strong communication skills with internal and external stakeholders;
? Team spirit with cross functions.
