Specific work Detail:
-- Active participant in providing input to the risk management process and ( when trained ) form part of the risk analysis of change(s) according to EN 14971
improve product design quality and manufacturability;
-- Model line development, prepare suitable tooling to manufacturing;
-- introduction of new processes and designs to production
-- Project participation in local and global projects;
-- Provides technical support to Workshop, Production;
-- Understand and apply new technology and conform to standards;
-- Interact with global design and development to ensure product quality compliance and technical issues
-- Optimize product cost;
Qualifications:
-- Hold a degree in mechanical engineering
-- Knowledge in plastic welding
-- Fluent English
-- Use of mechanical design packages
-- Knowledge of medical device industry is desired
-- Competent in mechanical design and understanding effect of changes
-- Knowledge of metal and plastic parts manufacturing processes
Essential Knowledge - Internal Training
1. Process Validation (PV) Requirements.
2. Risk management of medical devices
3. Knowledge of the Regulatory Requirements of Medical Devices.
