岗位职责：
1. 主要负责开拓市场，各种网络、平面媒体等的推广工作，制定和管理市场推广战略；
2. 开发各种销售渠道，负责所在域内的产品销售及招生工作；
3. 能积极开拓新项目，新业务；负责客户关系的开拓、建立、维护；
4. 建立，发展一个强大的市场销售团队，通过多元化的渠道达成公司的目标

岗位要求：
1．本科以上学历，在商业，市场营销，通信或相关专业
2．3年以上教育培训行业市场营销或销售工作经验，能够挖掘市场培训需求，并整合公司资源，形成解决方案
3．注重细节，有项目开展执行能力
4．良好的谈判沟通技巧
5. 能接受商务出差

Job Description:
1. Develop and manage marketing strategy and in charge of market promotion through internet, media etc.
2. Develop all kinds of sales channels and responsible for sales job and enrollment.
3. Develop new projects and business, meanwhile build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external clients.
4. Build, develop and motivate a strong marketing and sales team to ensure the company reaches our goals through diversified marketing channels.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in business, marketing, communication or related fields.
2. 3+ years marketing or sales working experience in education industry which can identify new business opportunities.
3. Detail-oriented with ability to manage projects from inception through execution.
4. Good analytical skills and sense of responsibility
5. Good communication and negotiation skills .
6. Accept some business trips.
