职位描述
1.有效的管理批发团队和批发商的日常工作,努力达到既定的销售目标
Manage daily work of wholesale team and wholesaler channel effectively, striving to reach sales target.
2.制定客户发展计划和团队建设计划,更好的加强美夏产品在区域内的覆盖率和知名度
To set up account development plan and build up wholesaler team. Enhance distribution in relevant area and improve SG products’ famous.
3.收集、分析、保存和传播有关信息、报告。信息包括:美夏产品在批发渠道的信息,竞争对手的信息,平行销售以及走私商品的信息,和美夏其他渠道有关联的信息等等
To collect analysis and keep relevant information, report. Information should include: Summergate products’ information in the wholesaler channel, competitors’ information, parallel sales, distribution, smuggle and information from other relate channel.
4.协调批发团队内部以及美夏整个销售、市场团队(比如和零售,餐饮渠道,市场部)在区域,价格,销售信息等方面的一致性。特别是要维护好批发商的价格体系和区域销售控制。
Coordinate between internal team and whole sales and marketing team (e.g. retail, marketing, and restaurant) about consistency in appointed area, pricing and sales information. Especially maintain the price structure in wholesale channel and control sales territory.
5.在美夏公司销售原则的基础上逐步与客户的高层建立良好的生意伙伴关系,确保客户的满意度的提高
Base on the principle of SG to build up good relationship with our business partner. Ensure the increasing of customer satisfaction.
6.促进企业与客户的未来业务的长期发展,特别是葡萄酒方面
Step up the long term business with customer, especially for wine.
7.在区域销售总监与批发商渠道经理的管理下,负责公司销售计划的制定。在区域中销售计划的达成,以及美夏产品的良好产品陈列。
Under management of area sales director and wholesaler channel manager set down company sales plan. Achievement of area sales plan and have good display of Summergate products.
8.确定,监督及筛选符合美夏批发商标准的潜在批发商客户。
Confirm, monitor and select potential wholesaler, which measure up Summergate’s criterion.
9.根据美夏销售方针制定销售合同以及配货。
Base on Summergate’s sales policy to set down sales agreement and allocate merchandises
10.美夏内部沟通针对客户问题的解决,支持销售发展,培训,POS分配等等
Internal communication to solve problem from customers, to support sales develop, to training and POS allocation.
11.按照品牌经理的计划,成功执行红酒以及巴黎水的促销活动。
Follow brand manager’s plan to implement wine and Perrier’s promotions.
12.保证各个区域批发商渠道的销售畅通。及时获取及汇报平行或走私商品的信息和动向。
Ensure each area wholesaler channel sales smoothly. Obtain and report any information of parallel and smuggle goods.
13.在销售同时确保美夏公司的利益以及公司品牌的保护。

Job Requirements:
1.College graduated or above;
大专以上学历
2.At least 5yrs sales experience in distribution channel with 3yrs+ managerial level experience;
5年以上分销渠道销售经验,3年以上主管或以上级别经验
3.Good communication and team management skills;
具备良好的沟通及团队管理技巧
4.Self motivated, with strong Wine Knowledge is a plus;
工作积极主动,有葡萄酒相关知识者优先;
5.Experienced in managing high level customer relationships is a plus;
有高端客户管理经验者优先。
