Key Responsibilities:
1.Supervise and manage all the supporting functions in national marketing team, to ensure the planning and implementation of the brand plans. The functions will include but not limited to:
- POS
- Design
- Event
- Promoter / Merchandiser
2.Lead regional marketing teams to ensure the flawless execution of the approved marketing plans
3.Coordinate between the brand management team and marketing operation team on resource allocation and priority setting
4.Centralize all the regional marketing efforts to deliver the brands / marketing objectives
5.Coordinate with regional marketing teams as well as sales teams on local market info sharing
6.Budget and monitor regional brand marketing spending to in line with approved brand plans
7.Balance the resources among the different brands, the channels and the regions to achieve the maximum return of marketing programs;
8.Set the KPIs for the team and the team members to drive up the performance of the whole team and increase the efficiency, and service level; Manage the performance of the team members.

Key Requirements:
1.Bachelor degree or above, MBA is a plus;
2.At least 8 years solid experiences in marketing, particular the trade marketing;
3.With financial planning and budgeting capability and experience;
4.least 5 years managerial experiences;
5.Experienced in execution, monitoring and evaluation of trade activity;
6.Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
7.Collaborative, and could work in a multi-cultural environment;
8.Proactive and positive work approach, high sense of responsibility;
9.Self-motivated and diligent, ability to work independently and multi-task in a team environment;
10.Good computer literacy, e.g. MS Office, Outlook, etc;
11.Good command of English in both written and oral.
