AP Accountant 应付会计

We need a 6-month temp.

Responsibilities:

Verify and reimburse employee business expenses; Ensure uploaded expense is right coded and offset when payment is made.

Maintain supplier information in JDE system;

Prepare timely payments to domestic & overseas suppliers; Collect payment supporting document and tax invoice; Fixed Assets card input;

Check and verify input VAT via E-tax system.

Book journals in JDE system;

Adjust general ledger at the month end;

Reconcile account balances at the month end

Make AP aging report and accordingly remind staff to claim expense on time;

Prepare cash flow report on a monthly basis and other reports upon request

Deal with various corporate banking business and keep close contact with the bank.

Profile:

- With a bachelor's degree or above; majored in accounting or relevant profession;

- 2-3 year tax and accounting working experience;

- CET-4 or above; good at oral English and writing English;
- VAT experience and knowledge is plus

Competence / Skills Requirement:

- Be able to complete tasks assigned independently and correctly according to the timeline;

- Work hard, detailed-oriented, be responsible, and willing to take initiatives

- Easygoing and have strong communication skills;

- Prior working experience of JDE is preferred.
