岗位职责：
1、负责项目的需求分析、系统设计工作；
2、根据公司技术文档规范撰写项目文档；
3、完成项目的上线、验收、客户培训等工作；
4、负责收集客户对产品的需求、意见等，并整理成文档提报给公司产品部；
5、负责协调与最终用户的关系，协调与供方的关系。
任职要求：
1、计算机专业本科及以上学历；
2.具备扎实的岗位专业知识和良好的文字组织能力，能够熟练的将客户的反馈整理成良好、规范的文档；
3.具有良好的语言表达能力，能够同用户进行有效的沟通；
