负责管理调查团队，实施各类调查任务，正确记录和报告调查结果，提出处理建议，并根据具体需求跟进结果管理。

Responsible of managing the investigation teams, to carry out various kind of investigations as assigned, properly document and report the findings, recommendations, and track the consequence management if needed.

• 领导并监督调查任务，正确记录和报告调查结果，提出处理建议，并根据具体需求跟进结果管理，包括但不限于人身/公司财产损失、工作场所暴力、售务违规等。
• Lead and supervise the investigations as assigned and properly document and report the findings, recommendations, and track the consequence management if there may, including but not limited to Injury, Personal/Company Property Loss, Workplace Violence, Ticketing Violation and so on.
• 制定调查范围和程序，利用专门技术搜集和评估证据，进行分析，得出结论并提出处理建议。
• Develop investigative scope and process, utilizes specialized techniques to gather and evaluate evidence, perform analysis, draw findings and recommendations.
• 实施并指导对直接和间接证人的访谈，根据具体要求向业务部门和执法机构报告调查结果。
• Conduct and instruct interviews of direct and indirect witnesses to present findings to business unit and law enforcement agencies as required.
• 与法务、应急/人力资源等调查支持小组合作，与执法部门保持联系，沟通处理调查事宜。
• Partner with investigative support groups such as Legal, ER/HR and liaison with law enforcement on investigative matters.
• 管理调查员团队；培训并监督其日常活动。跟进团队成员绩效考核和团队建设。  
• Manages the Investigation officer team; trains and oversees their daily activities. Follow up on team member performance review and team development.
• 遵循北京环球度假区的现有政策、流程、培训和团队活动，理解并积极履行环境、健康和安全相关责任。  
• Understand and actively participate in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established UBR policy, procedures, training and team member involvement activities.

• 完成分配的其他工作。
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• 行业经验：5 年以上调查或安保行业工作经验，至少 2 年监管经验，具备主题公园或零售行业经验者优先；或具备与此同等的教育和工作经验。
• Industry experience: more than five years working experience in investigative or security industry, with at least two years supervisory experience required – theme park or retail industry preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 沟通能力：具有出众的沟通能力，能够与其他团队合作，并向企业内外部各方传播愿景和文化影响。   
• Communication: he/she shall possess a strong communication skill that he/she is able to work with wider team in the company, and to bring visions and cultural influences on internal and external parties.
• 工作理念：  结果导向，积极进取，能够在规定时间内确定事实、获得数据，能够与来自不同文化背景的同事一起工作，抗压能力强。
• Working ethics:  driven for result, can-do attitude, able to obtain facts and data within required time, able to work with colleagues from multi-culture environment, able to work under pressure if needed.
• 性格：成熟、独立、具备批判思维、乐于助人，并愿意接受新想法和新观点。
• Personality: mature, independent, critical thinking, willing to provide help, and openminded for new ideas/POVs.
• 计算机能力：必须能够熟练使用 MS Office 办公软件（Word、Excel、Outlook、PowerPoint）。
• Computer applications: must be proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint).
• 语言能力：具备出色的英语口语和写作能力。
• Language: fluent in oral and written English.

必须拥有专科学位。学士学位优先考虑。

Associate degree is required, Bachelor's degree is preferred.
