Key Areas of Responsibilities and job requirement:

This position will be base in Shanghai and reporting to National Sales Manager (based in Beijing) and responsible for Raytek baseline business in east China. Major market sectors are: steel (metals), heat treatment, cement, glass etc.

Key responsibilities are:

- Manage existing accounts and develop new accounts and applications in assigned territory and market to complete sales quota.

- Execute new product launch and sales promotion in the assigned region.

- Develop and manage channel partners to support regional business.

- Actively conduct pre-sale training and after-sale technical support for local customers.

- Organize seminars to build potential business opportunities (sales funnel).

Working Experience:

- More than 4 years experience in relevant field, steel/cement/heat treatment temperature testing working experience will be big plus.

- Both direct selling and channel management experience.

Expertise / Skills:

- Bachelor Degree or above in Automation, Engineering, Machinery or Electronics.

- Experience in Steel, Cement, Heat Treatment and other relevant industries.

- Good presentation and demonstration skill.

- Can work under pressure and frequent travel.
