Role and responsibilities
1- Support and monitor implementation and progress of DHR Standard of Conducts, DHR Anti-corruption policy and other compliance policy according to corporate global requirements;
2- Identify compliance risks and implement remediation cross R&D, commercial and mfg in China;
3- Liaise with auditors (external and internal) and 3rd party experts, and support the opco compliance team on group audit project;
4- Cooperate with different internal departments on SOP improvement;
5- Keep and monitor the legal form compliance of each entity and branch;
6- Lead compliance training program to associates and 3rd parties; and
7- Ad hoc projects.

Skills required
? Finance/Accounting degree Qualified and CPA/ACCA (or equivalent) from well recognized university;
? 6+ years work experience in finance/auditing/compliance, US MNC or big 4 preferred;
? Good knowledge of legal compliance and internal control in daily business;
? Excellent computer skills including MS office, ERP system, etc;
? Excellent communication skills, fluent in written and spoken English;
? High integrity;
? Strategic perspective and tactical execution;
? Out of box thinking, a quick learner and a process oriented mindset; and
? Open mind to flexible working environment.
