Key Responsibilities :



1. Be a role model and maintain RL Brand image personally in attitude, professionalism and grooming standard.




2. Work closely with the Retail Training Manager to ensure that the highest of Ralph Lauren service standards are maintained.




3. Conduct a few of Training Programs & on floor coaching (70%)



- Orientation and RL Service training for all new staffs

- Support Retail Training Manager on new store opening projects and some specific projects

- Store coaching of field requests

- Enhance customer service experience in stores through Mystery Shopper results




4. Provide administrative support (30%)

- Training Material Preparation (print workbook, stationary, snacks and so on.)

- Keep and consolidate the training record

- Simple translations, meeting planning and travel arrangements

- Help to collect "best practice"and selling tips cross field coaching

- Responsible for collecting KPI data from SA, help Retail Training track the training results




5. Travel required in China





Requirements :



1. MUST HAVE Confident, positive, self-motivated, team player;

2. 3+years working experience in related experience (retail knowledge will be advantageous);

3. Must be a "trainer" with passion;

4. Strong training and sales skills with high personal standards;

5. Good communication skills;

6. Good English and Chinese language skills.
