MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES ：

1 Pursue sales leads; visit existing and new customers who may be of strategic importance to the organization; assess customer needs and suggest appropriate products and services; respond to more complex customer enquiries; negotiate prices and delivery times within limits of authority, and conclude sales orders to meet revenue targets. 2 Engage with key industry stakeholders; licensors, design institutes, associations, engineering companies and end users to support field sales to technically market existing products to existing customers/applications.

3 Retain and grow business with existing customers and generate sales from new customers.

4 To anticipate and understand customer needs and match them with our product offering to maximize customer value and sales profit.

5 To collect and communicate relevant business and market intelligence to management by using the applicable systems.

6 Prepare, conduct and/or assist in product promotion, presentation and demonstration from technical and commercial perspective. May also provide technical training and guidance.

7 Work with cross-functional teams providing statistical and technical advice. Understand both the business problems and the technical solutions.

8 Identify new customers and application areas for future product solutions.

9 Responsible for developing, scheduling and execution of Technical Marketing programs.

10 Provide assistance to other team members.

山特维克工程机械：为建筑领域的各种业务需求提供解决方案，如地表岩石开采、隧道挖掘、掘进、爆破、道路修建、循环和土木工程等。产品包括岩石工具、钻孔机、破碎机、散料搬运以及破碎筛分设备。2011年，公司销售额约90亿瑞典克朗，员工人数约为2600人。
