Job Description:
？ Keep high awareness of HSE and Compliance, behave strictly in compliance with regulatory requirements and TOTAL standards
？ Accountable for various trading activities (e.g. buy, sell, swap, arbitrage, spread, hedging, import/export …) of assigned products
？ Identify opportunities and apply proper strategy to expand domestic trading portfolio and synergy with MBC overseas activities.
？ Develop and maintain close communication networks within the petrochemicals industry in China, establish credible business relationships with major players in China to develop profitable and risk-controllable transactions
？ Collect and analyze market information (price trend, supply/demand, logistics, new projects, regulatory changes, etc.) and feedback to MBC team in a timely manner with aim to optimize business opportunities on global basis.
？ Negotiate with commercial partners on contract terms and conditions to ensure TOTAL interests are properly protected.
？ Maintain a good sense of cashflow impacts of each transaction, keep overall account in a healthy working capital status.
？ Process necessary steps if needed in SAP and/or Medisys for internal trading deal registration and follow up operations
？ Establish, monitor and manage well credit profiles and risk exposure of each partner account to ensure zero default or bad debt.
？ Get familiar with domestic logistics market (shipping, trucking, terminals and tanks operations), provide valuable ideas and recommendations to support the development of more effective and efficient logistics schemes for MBC business in China
？ Coordinate well with back offices to ensure competent and professional operating supports for each and every trading deals.
？ Study and analyze commodity and financial derivative markets in China, identify and recommend proper scheme which might be potentially leveraged by MBC activities
？ Support market analyst of TTA in the development and improvement of cost curve and price model for China market.
？ Respond to ad hoc issues within and outside normal business hours;

Candidate Profile:
1) Bachelor degree and minimum 5 years of trading experience in the petrochemical industry.
2) Preferably with Styrene and Benzene trading experiences in the past.
3) Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English, capable of dealing with multi-cultural working environment.
4) Well knowledgeable and with strong business acumen in China/Asia petrochemical market and trading flows.
5) Professional communication skills and extensive people networks in petrochemical trading market.
6) Good analytical, reporting, problem solving, conflict resolution and negotiation skills, can handle multiple tasks under pressure.
7) Highly motivated, result-oriented, pro-active, independent, resourceful, as well as a professional team player.
8) Knowledge of import/export declaration, L/C documents, logistics terms, legal and contract terms and conditions.
9) Exposure to commodity futures and financial derivative tools in previous career path will be a good plus.
