Company Profile:

The Roles:

l Key account management/support: Prepare situation and portfolio analysis for key accounts; Analyze financial situation of key account; Develop individual service offerings/master agreements together with customer and in coordination with product sales rep and regional management; Provide constant support

l Market research: Observe competition and installed base of competition in region; Observe changes in customer environment; Observe changes and trends in regional market.

l Reporting to Business Management: Report findings of market research; Report target achievement incl. win/loss analysis; Provide forecasts on future risks and chances

l Motivate and monitor CS sales teams to collect customer payments on time: Motivate and monitor CS sales teams to sell MED service which include on-call for labor & spare parts, and especially maintenance contracts and value added service, based on development of i-base and enriched service products in the assigned area

What you will need?

l Bachelor degree or above

l At least 7 years working experience in healthcare industry, over 3 years in people manager position

l Better with customer service management experience

l Strong leadership Can able to work in matrix organization under high pressure

l Good command of English
