• Capture training requirements and conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to arrive at Skill Development Blue Print.
• Conduct training sessions in English Language skills and other areas of relevance
• Plan and schedule trainings, coordinating with technology/domain capability/faculty availability.
• Coordinating with faculty team for training material development/sanitization/Translation.
• Execute the training programs and ensure all the logistics as specific infrastructure, hardware, software, and resource requirements.
• Monitor and track program execution and effectiveness of training and take actions as appropriate.
• Collect feedback, analyse feedback and facilitate improvements.
• Resolve escalations and participate in prioritization of SBU requirements.
• Ensure IBG/IBUs receive prompt service, requests or inquiries are handled and problems resolved swiftly.
• Coordinate post training activities like updating records in LMS, collating feedback closure emails to participants.
• MIS reporting, Unit level dashboards and actions items.
• Maintain training records and provide data for various reports/ create reports as required.
• Motivate, track and improve participation in Org Wide, SBU initiatives related to Learning
• ContiUpgrade own skills by up-skilling and certifying

• Degree / Masters (Any Discipline) with IT Skills Knowledge
• Excellent communication in English & Mandarin
• Proven communication skills, specifically in the areas of active listening and open questioning.
• Knowledge of training domain
• IT Skills Knowledge
• Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills: telephone, customer service, conflict management, and negotiating.
• Ability to work as part of a team with minimal supervision.
• Demonstrate strong analytical and problem solving skills on workstation, client/server and business applications.
• Ability to use available tools to provide rapid resolutions.
• Broad current knowledge of information technology products, services, and processes
• Ability to communicate technical information in an easy to understand manner.
• Adequate knowledge in Microsoft excel/ word/ power point
