- For our Industry Sector in SHANGHAI,we are looking for a SISW I IA China Legal Counsel 西门子工业软件（上海）有限公司(SISW) 工业领域 工业自动化集团（IA）法律顾问.

What are my responsibilities?

- Reviewing variety of agreements

- Drafting routine legal documents

- Handling various general commercial and corporate legal matters

- Protecting company’s interest in all areas and ensure the company’s operation is in line with laws and company policies

- Corporate secretarial duties.

- To provide legal advices to the company on a wide variety of business issues, contract reviews and documentation of commercial and business transactions

- Other corporate legal work arising from the company’s operations and commercial activities in China.

What do I need to qualify for this job?

- Bachelor degree or above in related majors

- Excellent in written and spoken English and Chinese.

- Desktop/laptop computer capability

- Over four years’ legal practice in multinational company or reputable law firm

- Experience in IT industry is preferred but not a must

- Substantial and strong business acumen with excellent problem solving and communication skills

- Analytical ability with strong general commercial/contract law background

- Excellent interpersonal skills, energetic, dynamic with the ability to handle multiple inquiries and assignments at same time
