职位描述
- From our SRE, Siemens are looking to recruit project commercial manager. SRE Building Solutions (BS) is the SRE Business Unit responsible as a competent partner for implementing all major real estate projects for Siemens. The candidate will take project commercial manger role and reporting to the SRE China BS Commercial Manager
What are my responsibilities?
Tasks
- Budget control and cost control, reporting to budgetary issues and actual costs
- Contract management. To check contract terms, to prepare and review various commercial documents, address and resolve internal/external commercial issues
- Process management. Administrating and advising on project commercial application and certification process
- Change order management/claim management with mandate to negotiate
- Monitoring documents management within SRE. Filling all related documents, including contracts, Purchase Request, Purchase Order, and variation orders etc
- Cash flow forecasting. Preparing and maintaining cash flow report, arranging loan related issues
- Performs project reviews with the project team; prepare status reports for management, participate in status meetings
- Responsible for communication and negotiation with partners
What do I need to qualify for this job?
Knowledge
- Project Management - Contract Management - Process Development or Implementation
- Legal know- how
- Logical and analytical - Skill of team work, coaching and mentoring
Experience
- At least 5 years experience in project management or project commercial field
- At least 3 year or above construction project experience
- 2-3 years taking lead is preferred
- Project Commercial experience (cost control etc) in multi-national companies or projects is preferred
- Budget estimation/development experience is preferred
- Civil Engineer background is preferred
Education
- Bachelor degree or above
