- For our APAC team in Shanghai we are looking for an experienced Controller who will be responsible for the Business Segment Controlling & Reporting. While you are going to be located in Shanghai, you are handling the interface between Business Segment and Business Sub segments/- functions as well as interface to Business Unit Controlling for Energy Wind Power Onshore, region Asian-Pacific.

What are my responsibilities?
- As Business Segment Controller you will closely work together the Heads of Business Segment and reporting to Business Segment CFO.
More specifically, your assignments will cover:
- Business Segment financial performance analysis (and asset control, if any)
- Establish Business Balanced Scorecard for Business Segment (define & track KPI’s)
- Forecast/ Planning/Controlling/Reporting of our cost centre cost in the difference AREs
- Headcount forecast and planning cross APAC for Business Segment
- SG&A monitoring and control for Business Segment (special reporting on HC = ESSP)
- Act as PUMA coordinator, ensuring timely reporting and support Sub Segment in proper tracking and documentation;

- Support Commercial Head of Sales and Proposal with Planning/BTA (Business Target Agreement) and Forecast as well as for Demand Forecast and Order Entry Reporting (OER)
- Support Commercial Head of Project Management with project controlling (interface to BU controlling) and other project related reporting’s (e.g. support roll out of new project controlling tool).
- Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) reporting for Business Segment (APAC)
- Support to prepare and coordinate Service Level Agreement for cross border (e.g. NCM Projects, SG&A) and Internal Service Agreement with other E W departments/functions in Brande and/or Hamburg
- Support internal and external audits
- Support Commercial Sub Segments in recording their activities (e.g. e-timesheet in Shanghai) and support to roll out sales activity monitoring and reporting, ensure proper recording and documentation of NCM-project related activities
- Preparing and supporting management for documentation and slide presentation upon request

What do I need to qualify for this job?
- You do have Bachelor degree in financial and/or commercial and you have gained minimum 3 years of professional experience in financial controlling in a multi- national environment (preferred).
You have gained experienced in continuous improvement programs and you are familiar with PumaWeb system (certified PumaWeb Controller).
- Preferably, you have gained your experience from the Energy Sector or Industry Sector.
- You have a good knowledge about the typically value chains in Siemens like sales, manufacturing, procurement and project management processes.
- You are familiar with accounting principles like IFRS and revenue consolidation between affiliated companies as well as with Siemens Financial Reporting Guidelines (FRG).
- You are result- orientated, you have strong analytical capabilities, you are a dedicated team player, a person with excellent networking skills and you are able to work independently.
- Finally, you posses advance English skills you are experienced user of Microsoft Office and SAP, Business Warehouse or similar reporting platforms.
