职位描述 Position Summary

负作为医务渠道的销售代表，责公司医务产品在区域内医院等渠道的销售，充分理解公司产品技术特性及临床应用范围，更好地完成公司交给的销售任务，维护和提高客户满意度。

Responsible for the sales of the company's medical products in regional hospitals and other channels, fully understand the technical characteristics and clinical application scope of the company's products, better complete the sales task assigned by the company, maintain and improve customer satisfaction

工作内容 Essential Functions

1、负责所辖区域医院的开发和维护上量工作，有效执行公司销售策略，完成销售指标;

Responsible for the development and maintenance of regional hospitals, effectively implement the company's sales strategy and achieve sales targets

2、与客户保持良好沟通，实时把握客户需求，为客户提供优质服务;

Maintain good communication with customers, grasp customer needs in real time, provide customers with quality services

3、有效进行客户分级，注重KOL客户的培养;

Effectively grade customers and pay attention to the cultivation of KOL customers

4、贯彻公司销售和市场策略，配合公司学术和销售活动，进行产品推广，传递产品正确信息，并及时反馈市场信息;

Implement the company's sales and marketing strategies, cooperate with the company's academic and sales activities, promote products, deliver correct product information, and timely feed back market information

5、对经销商团队进行产品知识培训，传递产品正确信息;

Conduct product knowledge training to dealer team and deliver correct product information

岗位要求 Job Requirements and Qualifications

Education 教育背景: 大专及以上学历 College degree or above

Languages: 语言水平： 不限 There is no limit

Experience: 工作经验

1. 医药相关专业 Medical related major 3年以上医疗设备、器械耗材销售经验 More than 3 years of experience in medical equipment and equipment consumables sales
2. 具有良好的业务敏锐度、学习能力；良好的沟通能力及人际关系能力 Good business acumen, learning ability; Good communication and interpersonal skills
3. 掌握演讲技巧，良好的协调及组织能力 Good presentation skills, good coordination and organization skills

Other Requirements 其他要求

1. 熟练使用计算机，熟练操作office等相关软件 Proficient in using computer, proficient in operating office and other related software
