职位描述
Job Duties
? Architecture definition for ARM based SoC, including CPU, bus fabric, display, video and graphics.
? Be responsible for SoC high-level architecture document creation based on marketing and customer requirement.
? Work with IP owner and SoC design team to define the details in IP micro-architecture and RTL implementation.
? System performance analysis and benchmarking, and drive system optimization from both SoC and SW
Job Requirements:
?Master’s degree in Microelectronics/Electronic Engineering/Computer Science.
?Minimum 5-10 years’ experience in SOC design/verification/architect, experience on MPU is preferred.
?Good English and communication skills, and capabilities to work together with global teams.
?Solid knowledge on AXI/AHB/APB bus protocol and related IPs, knowledge about NOC is a plus.
?Knowledge about MPU architecture, performance, and memory system(Cache, DDR, Flash).
?Prefer to have knowledge about video, graphics, display, image processing, machine learning.
?Prefer to have rigorous analytical and debugging skills
