Report to: Sales Manager

Responsibility:

• Create effective go-to-market plans in focused vertical market segments to support China West Area revenue growth
• Create, launch and execute effective solutions, sales and marketing programs in vertical segment to achieve revenue plan
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including sales, technical support, marketing, product lines and channel partners to execute segment sales marketing plan to meet desired business targets
• Deep understanding of segment development trend, technical trend, investment trend and keep good relationship with leading customers in focused segments
• Responsible for effectiveness measurements and continuous improvement of programs

Requirements:

• Has a solid understanding of the Test & Measurement market and of the products sold into this market
• Solid proven experience in sales, marketing or business development, experience in education market is preferred
• Experience in launching new products and solutions, enabling sales channels and delivering desired commercial results
• Highly result oriented, Creative mentality, Strong team player
• Engineering Degree qualified, preferably Electronic Engineering
• Mandarin and English language, both written and verbal, essential
• Able to work effectively in a multicultural and matrix organization, with a confident and enthusiastic manner and a strong motivation to succeed
• Willing and able to travel frequently
• Base in Chengdu
