KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Work with Finance and Logistic functions to improve AR collection and inventory turns
2. Customers’ interface and develop lasting relationships with new and existing customers in order to maximize revenues for the company.
3. Develop & implement strategy sales plan that focuses on profitability of business, stay competitive and meeting corporate goals with reference to AOP
4. Lead pre/post sales service team comprises costing, customer service and program management for business loading and order fulfillment
5. Pricing strategy and proposal
6. Negotiate for contracts and to co-ordinate and negotiate all related activities to ensure the completion of these projects.
7. Work effectively with customer on inventory turns, reduce inventory levels, control obsolete and excess inventory
8. Any ad-hoc related task as assigned by the superior
9. Handle confidentiality is a MUST

REQUIREMENT
1. Tertiary education; marketing, Business administration, Finance. Engineering experience is a Plus point
2. Chinese & English communication skills (both written and oral)
3. Good in MS Office
4. Component Manufacturing experience (+ Points)
5. Entrepreneurship, Positive, Outgoing, Good interpersonal and communication skill
6. Good Customer relationship management
7. Excellent in time management
8. People Management skill
9. Sharp and ability to to pick up minor mistakes
