  This position is dedicated to ABB contract, serve as leader of HSE and engineering for ABB account at country level. Create detailed engineering plans, processes, and procedures for operation and maintenance. Lead and drive HSE management. The role is functionally responsible for the team of technical/project experts and HSE managers within the account, and their development. Work with management team to ensure projects launch and accomplish successfully.

Key Result Areas:

Tasks:

• Ensure that contract services are compliance to laws and regulations, can fulfill the client standard and expectations.

• Trouble shooting supports. Recommend solutions and implement appropriate corrective action to major or complex issues.

• Streamline all necessary workflow process, SOP.

• Develop operational manual.

• Prepare and deliver various engineering related presentations, both internally and externally.

• Analyze, interpret and report to the Account Director on performance statistics identifying trends and presenting appropriate recommendations for continuous improvements.

• Revenue generation - Assist site teams to deliver technical acceptable proposals to the client to take on additional services.

• Internal audit

• Training: HSE training, … training

To maintain a high team morale by providing leadership, guidance, and coaching to the team members

Job requirements：

Practical knowledge of facilities management, operations and engineering and risk management and the related procurement knowledge.

 Good relationship management and conflict management capabilities.

Previous experience in similar role

Ability to deal positively with difficult situations.

Proven ability to lead with strong influencing skills.

Proficiency in both written and spoken English.
