Job Description:

·   Acts as first point of contact for third party logistics providers and other departments within EFI for any logistics and warehouse issues.

·   Develop and communicate logistics management policies and procedures that are compliant with SOX and import/export regulations.

·   Act as primary point of contact for any Hazardous or Dangerous Goods communications or events.

·   Resolve problems concerning transportation, logistics systems, imports or exports, or customer issues with the supply chain logistics flow.

·   Negotiate with suppliers or customers to help improve supply chain efficiency or sustainability of Logistic services with collaboration with the Global Logistics team.

·   Analyze the financial impact of proposed logistics changes, such as routing, shipping modes, product volumes or mixes, or carriers in collaboration with Global logistics

·   Monitor product import or export processes to ensure compliance with regulatory or legal requirements.

·   Plan in coordination or implement improvements to internal or external logistics systems or processes in coordination and cooperation with the Global logistics team.

·   Ensure carrier compliance with company policies or procedures for product transit or delivery.

Job Requirement:

·   Bachelor's degree in logistic Management preferred, or 3 years of logistics experience in logistics 

·   SAP experience preferred

·   Proficient with Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint

·   Excellent English and Mandarin oral and written communication skills 

·   Working knowledge of applicable regulations and standards for Logistics for the region

·   Manage relationships and contract compliance

·   Utilize the corporate spend approval matrix to verify authorizations are in compliance with Procurement and Approval Policies set by EFI from time to time.

·   Network of contacts within China and Europe/USA team for effective communication and delivery

  Ability to execute in a fast-paced environment with flexibility to meet challenges as they present
