Project ERP (New) Implementation Coordinator

• Assist the Project Manager in the new ERP project in planning, coordinating and progress monitoring

ERP System and Master Data Basic Maintenance support

• Supervise master data maintenance process/cycles and collaborate with client/brand managers/sales team to enable alignment of inputs with the system requirements
• Provide user role to system access

IS Helpdesk Support

• Support business side users on day-to-day IT requests
• Conduct tracking for resources and assets to ensure smooth IT operations

Others

• IS department documentation and filing.
• Manage the IT Vendor payment and tracking. 

• 0-1 working experience;
• Bachelor’s degree, preferably with computer background.
• Strong trouble-shooting and communication skills
• Energetic, willing-to-learn, enjoy challenges.
