职位描述
The main purpose of this position is to support the local users and to operate/maintain the local IT infrastructure for site(s) RSSC IT CHINA. This includes the following main tasks:
appropriate local user support (1st and partially 2nd level support)
planning, installation and configuration of local IT infrastructure
operate and maintain local IT infrastructure
coordinate local IT activities with central IT functions
coordinate local IT activities with local external IT service providers
approprivate local production / shopfloor system support
planning, installation, configuration and troubleshooting of loal OT infrastructure
coordinate local OT activities with project team and plant, external OT service providers
1. Tasks and responsibilities
1.1. Functional and operational tasks (daily business tasks, routine tasks and interfaces to other departments, if not included in point 1.2/1.3) 90% (time in % for 1.1) Support Target: · adequate and efficient support of local IT & OT users according to Service Level Agreement Input: · user support request (e.g. hardware change request) · incident (e.g. IT & OT system not available for user) Support: · receive request/incident · advise user, solve issue (1st or 2nd level) or forward to next level support Output: · appropriate service level of local IT & OT services · solved issues Plan/Build/Configure Target: · adequate and efficient implementation of IT & OT infrastructure at site(s) Input: · local IT & OT requirements · central IT & regional OT standards and guidelines · IT & OT components available on the market Plan/Build/Configure: · plan local IT & OT infrastructure · locally install IT & OT infrastructure · technically configure infrastructure · integrate in specified environment · perform technical tests Output: · IT & OT infrastructure ready to use · technical IT & OT infrastructure documentation Operate/Maintain Target: · enable and ensure continuous and reliable local IT & OT infrastructure operation · ensure appropriate IT & OT security Input: · operational IT & OT infrastructure and its environment · incidents/alerts (hardware problem, low file space etc.) · updates (bug fixes/functional enhancements) Operate/Maintain: · pro-actively monitor IT & OT systems and components · analyze alert cause · fix issues or report problem to next support level · prepare and install update (change mgmt.) · technical capacity mgmt. · technical IT & OT security mgmt. Output: · continuously available IT & OT infrastructure with appropriate IT & OT security · solved incident/alert or installed update Administrative tasks · ensure and monitor IT & OT compliance of local site(s) with IT & OT guidelines of the RHI Group and local (legal) regulations. · continuing education in own areas of expertise · manage local IT & OT inventory (e.g. hardware inventory, software licenses)
1.2 Control - and Coordination tasks (e.g. project mgmt., coord. of workgroups/quality circles, legal entity mgmt-tasks etc.) 10% (time in % for 1.2) Project Mgmt. (optional) · management of small scale projects Coordination with central IT & OT · coordination of local IT & OT activities with central IT & Regional OT standards and guidelines · work as a member of extended functional IT & OT team · planning and coordination of local IT budget (investments) Supplier Mgmt. · coordination of external service providers and suppliers regarding operation and maintenance of local IT & OT infrastructure
