Description：

（Solution Design）:

- Able to drive and host workshop sessions with client to identify business needs.

- Able to perform interviews to understand the landscape of the customers.

- Able to collect oral and written requirements in meetings/calls.

- Able to document the requirements and business needs in tools and to translate them into product user stories, specs and functional/technical requirements.

（Product Plan）:

- Able to analyze requirements by observation, interpretation, reflection, evaluation, inference and explanation. Able to solve problems by making decisions that will provide an added value to the business and will have a clear impact and measured results.

- Able to conduct in-person or remote interviews/ usability testing successfully without bias.

- Able to use survey tools successfully and without bias.

- Able to perform market research to understand the market environment, needs, trends, competitors and main players.

（UE Design）:

- Able to develop a product concept that can:

a. Answers the business problem;

b. Can add a value to the business;

c. Addresses business needs;

d. Based on comprehensive research and segment identification;

e. Is technically feasible.

- Able to answer the "What If? question by brainstorming, problem reversing and role plays.

- Able to translate ideas into a consolidated concept.

- Able to test hypothesis and ideas and evaluate them systematically.
