One of Hong Kong's top developer is seeking a Project Manager- Interior Design to join their team. The Group has a most experienced team and a diverse portfolio of mixed use developments across China including hospitality, commercial, residential and mixed use. They are expanding and are looking for new talent to join their China Team.

As a Project Manager- Interior Design, you will provide a large range of project management services across large scale projects. You will be a team player with the ability to deliver design briefs, coordinate with consultants, prepare financial budget and obtain approvals. You will manage the project through the whole life cycle and ensure design and services fulfill company objectives. In addition you will work on site and lead the site team to execute a successful project handover.
To qualify for this role you will need minimum 10 years of experience in Interior Design and strong on site experience to manage projects in Hong Kong and China. A degree in Interior Design or related discipline is essential. This senior position will require you to have an understanding of contracts, cost control, tendering procedure and solid experience in large mixed use developments. You will have experience on site and familiar with overseeing projects from commencement to completion. Chinese (Mandarin & Cantonese) and English is essential for this role. This position is to station in China.
