北京招聘

1.工作内容（包括但不限于） 开具增值税发票 ；

2.发票使用登记以及发票装订；

3.现金管理；

4.支票使用登记及管理 ；

5.填制银行付款单据以及网银支付的提交；

6.外汇收支申报；

7.凭证编制（此项将视员工的工作情况做出调整）；

8.经理安排的其他工作。

具体职责：

1.费用确认后的2个工作日内完成发票的开具 ；

2.当月最后一个工作日提供当月发票开具汇总清单和明细清单（金税系统），次月第10个工作日内将上个月发票装订完毕；

3.现金管理，日清月结 每周五外汇收支申报；

4.电子发票登记管理；

5.协助核对行政中心提交的每月费用支出项目。

任职要求

具备一定的专业知识， 有一定的英语读写能力，熟练运用EXCEL。
