Title: Franchise Operation and Sales Manager

Main Responsibilities

主要职责

This position contributes to CHEERS’ success by taking responsibility of the revenue increase of our Franchise Partner stores by maintaining and developing a strong relationship, controlling, guiding, and managing their performance and partnership.

Accountabilities of position

1. Being fully responsible for the revenue increase and performance of CHEERS Franchise Partners
2. Create Structure and workflow needed for a smooth cooperation with Franchise Partners
3. Control weekly/monthly KPI’s and coordinate sales and training measures to increase revenue
4. Supervise the implementation of regular marketing events and sales promotions offline and through O2O or social media/commerce
5. Control the use and performance of WaiMai and Mini App channels
6. Coordinate Operation, training, and other requests with the teams from the Headquarters
7. Coordinate Mystery-Shoppers and execute warnings, deductions from deposit and contract terminations
8. Build up and maintain good relationship and communication to Franchise Partners
9. Be the first contact person for request from Franchise partners
10. Renew Franchise Contracts and implement new company regulations to partner stores
11. Update the SOP every 6 months

Qualifications & Competencies

任职资格

1. Minimum 3 years, preferably 5 years’ experience in Managing Franchise retail Stores
2. Experience in Retail Sales on- and offline / 020
3. Strong leadership skills and natural authority
4. Strong understanding of Financials on store level and important KPI to measure success
5. Ability to create workflows and use technology to simplify work processes
6. Disciplined and independent action taker
7. Excellent communication and negotiation skills
