工作职责:

Job responsibility:

1. To work on/manage advanced memory cell device development project

2. To coordinate with device, reliability and design team to ensure device-safe for advanced memory product design

3. To collaborate with Reliability and testing team to evaluate cell device reliability items (retention, cycling, disturb etc.) , to define device operation region

4. To develop DFR (Design-For-Reliability) platform

任职资格:

Position requirement:

1. Masters or PhD in Micro-electronics or semiconductor related engineering

2. At least 2 years relevant experience

3. Advanced memory experienced is preferred

3. Good knowledge on cell process and device physics

4. Familiar with cell device reliability evaluation method

5. Basic concept of analog and digital circuit

6. Background of circuit design or verification is preferred

7. DFR related working experience is preferred
