工作职责:

Job responsibility

1.Advanced memory device simulation and modeling analysis.

2.Analyze the characteristics and reliability problems of advanced memory device by simulation, numerical and analytical modeling, to further realize the optimization of the characteristics and reliability of advanced memory device at the array level.

3.Memory device related new structure and new process simulation process setup and simulation analysis.

4.Optimization and simulation analysis of memory device related operation scheme.

5.Development of memory device related simulation model and simulation method.

任职资格:

Position Requirement

1. Master degree or above in physics/microelectronics/materials

2. Working experience: 2 years related work experience in memory devices is preferred

3. Familiar with semiconductor process and device technology, memory device

4. Thermal simulation experience is required

5. TCAD, HSIPCE experience is required

6. Good at semiconductor devices

7. Python, C++ or Verilog A language is preferred

8. Good communication skills and English skills

9. Good learning ability and ability to analyze problems
