职位描述
Job responsibilities：
1) Serve as the Asia Regional Owner for O2C processes ensuring standardization of tools and systems for order entry, order resolution, E-Business, and training.
2) Through external benchmarking and awareness bring value enhancing processes and tools into the organization.
3) Identify, champion, lead, and provide support for productivity and enhancement initiatives in the O2C area.
4) Facilitate collaboration between the O2C Teams and other key interface organizations to identify systematic issues, establish root cause, and provide lean process solutions.
5) Manage a Regional team responsible for technical troubleshooting of O2C automation tools, such as SAP and E-Business platforms, as well as, development and management of key process improvement initiatives.
6) Serve as the Regional Gatekeeper for critical SOX compliance activities in O2C.
Skills:
1) International work experience.
2) Order to Cash experience outside of the chemical industry.
3) Six Sigma certifications.
4) Recognized Supply Chain certifications.
5) Foreign language skills.
Job Requirements：
1) Deep knowledge of O2C processes, SAP, and E-Business solutions.
2) Experience with SOX and ISO standards and procedures.
3) People development and management experience.
4) Proven relationship and networking skills.
5) Proficient communication skills (both written and verbal) in English.
6) Track record of delivering results on a defined strategy.
7) Experience working with global teams.
