2) 维护日常档案数据，确保能够及时更新；

3) 完成施工作业管理相关的工作日志，记录承包商入厂人员和施工单数据等；

4) 日常例会的组织安排及会议纪要的整理；

5) 对入场人员进行中英文的安全培训，收集并存档培训记录。

本科及以上 三年以上经验

流利的英文/中文书写及口语能力， 大学英语四级及以上

熟练使用Office办公软件

三年以上档案管理相关工作经验

具有一定的写作功底，能够根据需要整理文字材料

工作踏实认真，责任感强

良好的人际沟通及管理能力

参与大型厂房项目管理经验者优先
