EC Warehouse manager / 电子商务物流经理（工作地点：武清）

l Build and setup a national EC structure for China. This could consist of multiple locations

l Multiple inventory locations and shipping points

l Decide on racking and storage solutions as well as picking systems

l Design, lead and setup the future supply chain structure of BS EC logistics

l Design and development of a brand new facility which can accommodate the supply chain setup + budgeted growth

l Implementation of mechanical/automatical techniques rather than manual processes

l Integration of ERP system with EC-ERP system, WMS, picking systems et

l Take ownership of all steps in the warehouse

l Ensure highest quality at all times and in all steps of the logistics process

l Constantly try to reduce waste and become lean

l Ability to define requirements, analyze facts, and determine relevant solutions/actions to be taken

l Strong personality and ability to see the future in both dimensional and detailed versions

l Excellent English skills

l Energetic and motivating

l Good communication and organization skills

l Diplomatic, influencing & decisive

l Extrovert personality with logical sense and overview skills

l Proactive and teaching/coaching capabilities at high level
