Responsibilities:

1. Liaise with external and internal parties on the project scope and requirement.
2. Accountable for the testing cycle such as prepare test plan, perform unit testing, co-ordinate system integration test, user acceptance test and end-to-end test with business users and development team .
3. Daily support on all EDI enquiries from internal users or external parties.
4. Provide extensive troubleshooting, proactively identifying issues and driving them to resolution .
5. With the understanding of Oracle ERP on daily business, work with development team to drive the solution to production.
6. Provide communication updates on change management status, risks and critical issues.

Requirements:

1. Degree holder in Computer Science or Operations Management or related with at least 4 years' experience in system analysis, such as Oracle ERP e-business suite implementation, and process re-engineering or programming experience, and preferably in electronics distribution or manufacturing environment.
2. Knowledge in EDI standard (ANSI X12, UN/EDIFACT)
3. Knowledge in Oracle ERP
4. Positive attitude, strong problem solving skills, good at people management and with strong business sense.
5. Good written and spoken communication skills in English and Mandarin
6. Immediate available is preferred.
