Task
The work involves planning, managing, developing and responsible for Production and its resources.

Responsibility
? Budgeting and financial monitoring and accountability of the current production activities.
? Plan, develop and improve the business and its resources for maximum efficiency, and adapt them to current and planned / projected circumstances.
? Compliance with safety requirements, both legal and ALSTOM's internal, and thereby call attention to gaps and investment needs.
? Compliance with environmental requirements, both legal and ALSTOM's internal, and thereby call attention to gaps and investment needs.
? Support, manage and develop staff on a continuous basis through annual reviews in accordance with established HR plan.

Qualifications
? Experience in leadership.
? Production Experience.
