Job Description：
1. Provides basic support of systems for break-fix, install, move, add, change, and preventative maintenance activities.
2. Conducts routine hardware/software troubleshooting and problem resolution within the IT systems.
3. Assists higher level IT Systems Technicians in research of problems.
本职位属HP外包职位，到Chevron做驻场技术工程师。

Job Requirement：
1. GIL OS MS Professional certified
2. Attended customer Care training
3. Good customer care skill
4. Attended ITSM Awareness
5. ITSM Foundation Certified
6. With experience in desktop support (hardware & OS)
7. Can work with minimal direction
8. Can handle small size desktop projects
9. Can handle medium size & up desktop projects
10. On-boarding, continuous learning & support
11. Familiarity with Chevron IT standards, process & procedures as well as local setup
12. Adherence & support of Chevron global & in-country initiatives including but not limited to OE, IP & SOX and safety.
13. Understanding of GIL desktop features
14. GIL desktop troubleshooting skills
