CONSUMER EXPERIENCE MANAGER
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
To take over the management of all existing communication media and P.O.S/P.O.P on-site developed by the Marketing & Communications Department
- Acts as a catalyst to facilitate on-site ADEN Services experience implementation across the Greater China sites working with the Designers, Site Managers, Regional Service Excellence Specialists leveraging company’s on-site visual identity and customer experience.
- Ensure that visual identity is properly applied by Operations when entering into service contracts, and those Signalizations and Uniforms Corporate Standards are well applied on-site on a long-term basis.
- Leverage knowledge, best practice, credentials amongst the sites in Greater China regions; create guidelines, ranking, etc.
- Monitor and analyze local/field environment and provide recommendations and effective action plans, benchmarking and field survey.
- Ensure appropriate customer measures and KPIs, coordinate and report at B.U, Regional and Head Office level.
To make sure that we proactively and consistently communicate on the service provided to our client to increase user perceived value of the investment done by ADEN Services
- Implement on-site Marketing Annual Plan and Promotion programs
- Develop new on-site Marketing & Promotion projects and develop the use of the services provided on an ongoing basis, launch new services or services renewal, organize themed events transversal to the service scope, organize promotions in relation to some services, etc.
- Also responsible for developing/improving the required collaterals, for sourcing supplier and new materials in collaboration with the Design Team, for launching/coordinating projects and tracking the hole progress to achieve established objective.
- Collect communication needs and expectations from external (clients, partners…) and internal stakeholders (ADEN Services’ Management and employees).
- Other related work task which arranged by Head-Office Marketing & Communications Department Manager.
REQUIREMENTS
- At least 5 years related working experience in Facility Management, Retail Merchandizing, and Retail Operations or Foodservice industry.
- Chinese national with excellent English communications skills
- Bachelor Degree or above, major in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or Project Management.
- Very good communication and presentation skills, ability to give merchandising consultations or training sessions with the Operations teams on-site.
- Familiar with visual merchandising, along with ability to create displays, tables, etc.
- Aptitude for service knowledge, philosophy and concept, passionate about brand communication.
- Good knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel
- Travel, and be able to work under pressure

- 开发新的现场市场营销项目并利用提供的服务使其持续进行,开展新的服务和服务革新,组织以公司服务范围为主题的项目,组织与一些服务项目相关的促销活动等。
- 负责开发或提高必要的人脉关系,为设计团队提供供应商和新素材,进行项协调和进度跟踪以达到既定目标。
- 从外部(客户、合作伙伴等)和内部利益相关者(埃顿服务管理者和员工)处收集沟通需求和期望。
- 由总部市场传讯部门经理安排的其他相关工作。
岗位要求
- 至少5年以上设施管理、零售业或餐饮行业相关岗位工作经验。
- 中国人并有熟练的英语沟通技巧。
- 大学本科或以上学历,工商管理、市场营销、传媒或项目管理专业。
- 良好的沟通及口头表达技巧,能够为项目现场运营团队提供相关营销方案咨询或培训课程。
- 熟悉视觉营销,参与过展位或摊位创作。
- 具有服务意识、理念和概念及品牌传讯热情。
- 熟练运用PPT和Excel办公软件。
- 适应出差,并能够承受一定压力。
