Account Director / Manager - Consumer Practice

Responsibilities

- Direct and develop a number of accounts within the company at the correct level of profitability and to the accepted standard
- Plan, organize, control and lead the activities of the whole practice team, to achieve the required objectives of client activities within agreed budgets and timetables
- Manage and be responsible for client budget to ensure contract profitability
- Recommend fee and profitability and participate in budget negotiation with clients
- Monitor and check client contracts in team to ensure proper administrative conduct and compliance with the Company's policy
- Develop relevant PR activities and strategies for clients including seeking opportunities to provide added-value service and facilitate cross support and cross marketing
- Act as frontline senior counselor to clients
- Review all work on assigned accounts and take responsibility for all activities conducted by the firm on behalf of assigned clients
- Ensure all accounts are maintained within budget and time constraints, and resolve any problems
- Assure all client files are complete, up-to-date, easily accessible and neat
- Ensure clients are provided weekly activity updates or reports and that monthly review meetings are held
- Maintain contact with clients, ensuring involvement of client senior management wherever possible
- Partner with management team to provide training and guidance to internal staff

Recommended Qualifications

? Bachelor's Degree
? A minimum of 5 years working experience in marketing communication and/or PR in MNC environment is required, Some PR agency experience is preferred
? Solid understanding Consumer/FMCG/Luxury Goods/Lifestyle industry
? Fluent oral and writing skills in both Mandarin & English, specializing in drafting pitch proposals and analysis reports
? Ability to lead a team with adeptness in conveying ownership of assigned projects to junior team members
? Commitment and dedication to the agency's success as well as individual career
