Key Responsibilities:
1)Internal Audit
?Assist internal audit to perform internal control assurance by conducting review of the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls in managing critical business compliance and operation risks;
?Assist internal audit to conduct audit and provide practical and implementable solutions to rectify any internal control weaknesses encountered during the audit;
?Assist internal audit to prepare audit reports and make practical audit recommendations to management;
?Ensure completeness of audit working papers and supporting documents; and
?Follow through audit reports and ensure objectives are met within stipulated timeline.
2)ERM
?Assist to establish enterprise risk management framework, collect the supporting document (e.g.: policy, JD, O-chart and meeting materials etc.) for comfort matrix and keep it filing.
3)Corporate Policy and SOP
?Assist to establish or revise Corp policies or SOP, ensure the sufficient and effective internal controls are being incorporated into the policies or SOP, and assist to align with management to review, finalize and upload policies or SOP.
4)Administration
?Prepare meeting material, e.g. draft PPT for meeting and take meeting minutes;
?Meeting arrangement (WEBEX, Conference call setting);
?Travel arrangement (Air ticket, train ticket and Hotel booking);
?OMS score keying;
?Other administrative work that assigned by management.

Requirement:
1)Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accountancy;
2)Fresh graduates or 1 year work experience is preferred;
3)Skilled use of Microsoft office (Word, Excel and Power point etc.)
4)Good English skill on both written and oral.
5)Must be prepared to travel;
6)Good communication skill;
7)Good team work sprit.
