Job description:
1. handle call and receive guest in reception desk
2. stationery, projector, fax, and medicine management
3. Daily express delivery and mail management
4. Key and computer lock management
5. Facility maintenance system daily check and allocate
6. Facility support for new hire check in/out
7. Business card print and drinking water management
8. Internal moving management and update layout and space reports weekly
9. Support other team members and handle other facility tasks when needed

Requirement:
1. university or equivalent degree
2. over one year of relative experience
3. pleasant personality
4. detail oriented and result oriented
5. fluent oral and written English
6. good communication skill and team approach
7. good computer skill and vendor management skill
