职位描述

REQUIREMENT:

1. College or above.

2. Minimum 1 year relative working experience in logistics industry.

3. Detail oriented.

4. Good communication skills.

5. Sense of customer service.

6. Can be work under pressure.

7. Time management skills.

8. Willing to do and willing to learn.

9. Teamwork sprit.

RESPONSIBILITY:

SUMMARY

Standby at OEM to coordinate with FTN downtown key accout service / Ops team, trucking company and OEM for daily shipment.

1. Record daily trucking transaction information and data input to system accurately on timely manner, includes but not limited to below:

a) Arrival Date / Time

b) Driver Name

c) License Plate No.

d) Leaving Date / Time

e) HAWB No., Seal No. etc.

2. Monitor the performance and service of trucking company.

3. Respond to general inquiries direct from OEMs.

4. Visual check for packing condition, ensuring cargo loaded on truck in good shape and conditions.

5. Verify / check physical quantity to ensure it matches with what it is stated on all documents.

6. Report any unexpected issue / problem to FTN downtown key account service / Ops teams.

7. Prepare various reports (daily, weekly and monthly reports) as required.

8. Other tasks assigned by supervisor.
