Job description
GCG System Storage ATS Specialist is required to lead IBM Unified Storage support in GCG. Around 50% travel time will be required. Candidate need to demonstrate leadership and could effectively communicate with worldwide and location teams to roll out new initiative, handle complex account situation and to winback against competition with passion.

Candidate should be a well rounded individual who has excellent Unified Storage as well as Storage Network technology expertise, have good understanding of storage cloud solution and demonstrate consultative skills to promote design and solution deployment. Candidate must also have good knowledge of the competitive marketplace for unified storage, good customer facing skills and very good presentation skills. Integration skills of IBM Unified Storage/NAS products (e.g. SONAS, V7000U, N-Series), 3rd parties or Open Source UNIX applications is required.

Candidate will be responsible for pre-sales technical support, new solution promotion, sizing / architecture design, solution demo, proof of concept, benchmark tests and major account client satisfaction issue handling etc. In addition, ATS is also responsible for advanced technical skills enablement for IBM technical community, including FTSS, SA, BP etc. Good team work among peers, location teams, sales teams and management team is important.
At least 5 years experience in Unified Storage/NAS Storage Technology with a focus on implementing and tuning Networks for efficient ISV applications deployment?
At least 2 years experience in LINUX, NFS and CIFS experience is required?
At least 1+ years experience in Storage Backup/Archive solution?

In-depth or hands-on experience in the following areas:
- AIX / Windows / Linux / HP-UX / Solaris
- GPFS
- N-Series or NetApp NAS
- Storewize V7000
- Networking
- SAN
- Competitive Analysis skills
- TSM product knowledge or related experience

Good command of Mandarin and English (both written and spoken)
Good communication skills and strong leadership
Good Consultative Skills
Ability to work independent and as a part of team

Development laboratory or application developer experience is a plus.
Have experience in GPFS solution is a plus.
