Job Summary:
Inside sales is responsible for all sales activities that take place inside the company until an order is received and the project is delivered. Inside sales proactively sells, upsells & Cross-sells UL services, including public training course, learning tour services, personal certificate training, e-learning, etc. Sales activities includes sales opportunities identification, customer requirement qualification till get customer agreement for a contract, serving as a contact for customer quoting / orders via email, telephone and web portal. Responsible for quoting, using standardized pricing tools, and booking orders. Communicates with customers to assist in the completion of service requests.

Job Responsibilities
1. Sales opportunities identification and qualification though telephone, email, web portals.
2. Cross-Selling and up selling with UL services and UL Knowledge services
3. Partly to cold calling prospects to win new customers
4. Contacting customers proactively to win new orders
5. Work together with marketing team to identify and cover the segment customers
6. Responsible for quoting, using standardized pricing tools, and booking orders with operation teams
7. Communicates with customers to assist in the completion of service requests

Requirements:
1. University degree in Engineering, Business Administration or related discipline with 2 years related experience.
2. Possess strong communication skills, data entry skills, multi-tasking, and ability to work independently and accurately.
3. To communicate effectively with customers to achieve specified goals and objectives.
4. To be able to negotiate outcomes and work effectively with a diverse team.
5. Proficiency in web based applications, marketing tools and others as specified.
6. Demonstrated Customer Focus with advance negotiation skills and issue resolution.
