Under the general direction of the Front Office Manager, and within the limited of established IHG and local hotel policies and procedures, provides supportive functional assistance to all departments; interact with guests and members of the community. Coordinates with all departments in the hotel。Promotes the desired work culture around the five winning ways of Do the right things, Show we care, Aim higher, Celebrate difference and Work better together of the InterContinental Hotels Group and the brand ethos.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities – (Key Activities of the role) 主要工作职责(主要具体内容)
Reports directly to and communicates with the Front Office Manager on all pertinent matters affecting guest service and hotel operations.
在影响到对客服务及酒店运作时,直接汇报前厅部经理。
Provides functional assistance and direction to all departments
对酒店所有部门提供相关职能帮助和指导。
Cooperates, coordinates and communicates with other hotel departments as required.
与其他酒店相关部门进行沟通,协调及良好的协作。
Reacts to situations to ensure guests receive prompt attention and personal recognition throughout the hotel
关注事态以确保客人得到酒店的关注及重视
Responds to guest needs and resolves related problems
及时回应客人的需求和解决相关的问题
Supervises and directs Reception and Reservations personnel.
对接待和预定工作进行监督和指导
Supports and assists Front Office personnel and all departments at peak periods.
关注和支持在接待高峰期前厅及酒店所有部门的对客服务工作。
Ensures VIPs and priority club guests receive special attention
确保贵宾及优悦会会员得到特别关注。
Inspects front of house and back of house regularly for cleanliness.
巡视酒店各个区域的卫生整洁情况。
Assists Guest Relations in greeting, rooming, and sending off VIP guests.
在对客人的问候、房间入住和贵宾离店方便等方面建立良好的宾客关系
Monitors appropriate standards of conduct, uniform, hygiene, and appearance of staff.
关注员工的行为举止,仪容仪表。
Provides input for Front Office meetings.
提供前厅部部门会议内容的建议。
Promotes inter-hotel sales and in-house facilities.
销售酒店的客房和娱乐设施的使用。
Checks billing instructions and monitors guest credit
核查在店客人的日常账务。
Analyses and approves discounts and rebates.
分析及批准相关折扣及减免。
Analyses the rate variance report to ensure rooms revenue control
分析房费差异报表,确保房费得到控制。
Takes action with the Property Management Systems (PMS) in emergency situation.
遇到PMS出现紧急情况,根据前厅部预案立即展开工作。
Fully conversant with all hotel emergency procedures.
熟悉酒店所有的紧急预案及程序。
Ensures front line staff complies with FIT Marketing techniques and maximize sales.
确保一线员工执行散客促销技巧和最大限度增加客房收入。
