职位描述
Purpose of Position
- To ensure the assigned country / cluster business obtains and maintains accreditation with appropriate Accreditation Bodies and Notified Bodies, to support clients’ needs.
- To ensure all assurance personnel are properly trained or coached to implement the global policies, and all applicable procedures and tools for relevant schemes in the assigned country / cluster.
- To ensure all compliance related activities in the assigned cluster / country are managed in a timely manner to compliance requirements
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities
- Support the respective Cluster / Country Head of Technical & Compliance to ensure effective implementation of the global policies, procedures and tools in the assigned cluster / country, and local procedures specifically for approved local accreditation / scheme and non-accredited schemes.
- Educate and train employees in the assigned cluster / country about technical & compliance related matters
- Work collaboratively with the global technical & compliance team and the assigned country / cluster management team for managing compliance related activities, including office audits, witness audits and closure of nonconformities.
- Support Regional / Global Technical & Compliance Director to organize yearly compliance calibration meeting in the region or globally
- Support the assigned cluster / country to identify, manage and mitigate technical & compliance risks
- Support Internal Technical Audit Head to coordinate and implement the yearly internal audit / oversight program for the assigned country / cluster
- Collate the assigned cluster / country data in relation to compliance and operational performance for supporting regional management review
- Manage Program Administrators for external databases to fulfil the regulatory and /or scheme requirements where applicable to the assigned cluster / country
- Work collaboratively with Cluster / Country Head of Technical & Compliance, local product scheme mangers to establish and update necessary local procedures for supporting and maintaining local accreditation
- Support to communicate with the members of the Global Impartiality Stakeholders Network (GISN) in the assigned cluster / country to ensure the impartiality process is implemented effectively
- Support country management / action owner in the assigned cluster/country to manage NCRs, complaints and appeals in a timely manner as per global procedure
- Support the Cluster / Country Head of Technical & Compliance to establish and maintain the professional relationship with the local accreditations and local relevant authorities
- Escalate and report technical & compliance concerns to Cluster / Country Heads of Technical & Compliance within 24 hours
- Other responsibilities as specified from time to time
Knowledge / Skills / Abilities
- Graduate calibre preferred
- Fluent English & Chinese language skills both written and verbal essential. Other language(s) an advantage
- Proven experience in a commercial/international environment
- Knowledge and experience of managing/leading business processes and accreditation matters highly advantageous
- With at least 8 years’ experience in the Management Systems Certification or Product Certification or 2nd Party Auditing industry
- Willing to travel on business
- Good influencing and leadership qualities – must have the ability to lead team and influence other stakeholders across all within the organisation in the assigned cluster / country and the wider business
- An enthusiastic and committed team player
- Ability to build and maintain effective build relationships across a matrix organisation utilising all means of communication and engagement
- Be self-motivated, flexible, with excellent time management/planning, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to understand and focus on delivery of the client experience and value proposition
